They are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural, licensing, code-compliance or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying your lease, dimensions, utilities, permits, insurance, local rules and installation requirements with qualified professionals.

We do not promise that you will earn a specific amount, reduce a cost by a specific amount, receive special pricing or become profitable. You may not record a session, share access, distribute downloads, publish participant information or resell the curriculum without written permission. We may remove a participant whose conduct is unlawful, threatening, disruptive or infringes another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The site, brand elements, checklists, teaching material, specifications, templates and original content are owned by or licensed to Sweet Growth. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use purchased or downloaded material for your own business. No ownership rights are transferred.

Product recommendations and links may lead to independent suppliers or platforms. We do not control their inventory, warranties, shipping, returns, security or performance. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Governing law and disputes

If unresolved, courts located in Alameda County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
